I guess I should go straight to the source with this problem, the people who use Blogger right along with me! I have been having great trouble for months now trying to upload my own images as backgrounds for my blog and continually receive the same message again and again. Despite all efforts to fix this including clearing cache, history, using different browsers etc... I have yet to be able to find a fix to this. Is anyone else getting this error and and if so have you found a way to fix it so you can upload your own images?

So frustrated!! I am not HTML savvy in the least so any help would be appreciated.
